Gubernur Sul-Bar dan Horst Liebner
Mohammad Rudy Salahuddin, Pelaksana Tugas Gubernur Sulawesi Barat secara khusus mengajak diskusi Dr. Horst Liebner pada acara penutupan Festival Sandeq. Gubernur menyampaikan beberapa ide tentang pengembangan Sandeq untuk ditempatkan di Mamuju juga dan banyak lagi tentang maritim kepada Horst.
Salah satu, Gubernur menyampaikan kepada rekan rekan tamu di meja kehormatan bahwa Horst adalah orang yang pertama kali mengadakan Sandeq. Dan apa yang dikatakan Gubernur itu benar. Masyarakat umum pun mengatakan demikian.
Pada pertemuan ini, Horst didampingi oleh Ridwan Alimuddin dkk yang menjadi Tink Tank Sandeq 2024 di Mamuju ini.
